Use the forms on this page if you are a party in an ABC license, or transfer license application.  All parties to an application must be fingerprinted by the New Jersey ID vendor IdentoGO.  Follow the instructions listed in the ABC Instructions pdf.  You will also need to obtain a full application from the Clementon Borough Administrator's Office.  If you have questions about the application process you can reach out to the Borough Administrator, if you have questions about the background investigation portion of your application you can reach out to the Clementon Police Department ABC Supervisor at the information below.
